Return Policies
We do our best to ensure that your card is free from errors. We use that exact information from your order form and send you a proof for you to view. We ask that you check each informational detail on the proof to ensure no mistakes have been made.

After your final approval has been received via email we send your announcement to print. If for some reason the printed cards have a mistake that occurred after the proof process we will reprint your cards at no additional cost.

If the cards have a mistake that was due to incorrect information being entered on the order form, we must ask that you pay for the reprint of the cards. Please double and triple check your proof to ensure all information is correct.

Shipping and Handling 
All US orders are shipped USPS Priority. Rush orders are shipped via UPS.

USPS Priority (2-3 days): Quantity 25-99: $7.00   100+: $8.00   
USPS Express: Calculated upon checkout

Local Pick Up: You may email jenny@photocardsbydesign.com to schedule a local pick up if you live in the southern orange county area.
